Return and Refund Policy

At Shyam Industries, we specialize in custom-manufactured products such as T-shirts, bags, caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, and windcheaters — especially tailored for corporates, institutions, and bulk clients.

As most of our items are made-to-order with customized branding, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

Return & Exchange

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your product, only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
  • The product does not match the approved design/specification.

Custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a valid quality issue.

How to Request a Return:

We will assess your request and provide return instructions if eligible. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Corporate merchandise made to order
  • Items with company branding
  • Sale items or promotional gifts
  • Promotional or bulk order items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Note: Banks or card companies may take extra time to reflect the amount.
